Handbrake CLI#55

Would it be possible to have a 1 clickl install for Handbrake CLI to create a watch folder allowing full automation of downloaded content.
Process would allow download to folder - Handbrake watch for downloaded content and autoconvert into a completed folder.
This would then allow fully converted data to be moved to local folder for Plex/Emby/Jellyfin and also backed up to cloud if required.

There is not a way we can do this because each user has different setups for their media folder structure etc. So automation is out of the question. Handbreak CLI can be installed easily with a script via your SSH ubuntu docker.
