Tvheadend is a TV streaming server and recorder

Erm, how do you get the cable signal to the server? Whats your idea?

Tvheadend may be used managing/merging/prioritizing IPTV streams you may have access to, adding own xmltv.org EPG and PVR funtionallity where recodings are to be saved serverside

Ah ok you want to use it with iptv. I use it but the signal comes from cable.
